Your data rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), Section 12, you have the right to access a copy of your personal data and to request its erasure.

Downloads a JSON file with your account details, organization settings, imported contacts, press releases, campaigns, pitches, follow-ups, and tracking events. OAuth tokens and payment records are excluded.
Delete my account and data
This permanently removes your personal information. Press releases, pitches, and campaign records you created will be anonymised. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by GST law but are no longer linked to your name or email.
Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) grants you the following rights regarding your personal data processed by DIYPR:
- Right to access (§11): Request a summary of what personal data we hold about you and how it is being used.
- Right to correction and erasure (§12): Request correction of inaccurate data or erasure of data we no longer need to hold. The "Download my data" and "Delete my account" buttons above fulfill this right.
- Right to grievance redressal (§13): Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer if you believe your rights have not been respected.
- Right to nominate (§14): Nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
